Our community has so many people living alone. YOU may be their only neighbor able to see their front door. Please sign up to ADOPT them!

The fee entitles you to get the January through December monthly printed or emailed Leisure Times newsletters. Plus an annual Community Phone Directory.

Signing a Proxy is necessary to meet the quorum needed to have the annual meeting. The Proxy Definition and the Proxy form are in the Leisure Times.

Have a small job that needs completed?

We have qualified residents that have the skills and ability to handle smaller jobs. See list in the Leisure Times.
